It looks shiny… but come on, I already have an iPhone!  Like really why do we really need an iPad?  I’d rather have a kindle since it’s meant for reading shit.  I guess it’ll sell since it’s made by apple (and only because it’s made by apple).  I mean it’s just a freaking big iPhone that doesn’t fit in my pocket.  And my laptop has a keyboard, isn’t locked to the apple store, and can multitask.  Retarded.

Funny enough, MS has some cool ideas on how a tablet could work… but it might be too cool since I think they are scared of actually rocking the boat.

The War2 equivalent would be a 1v1 on a 64×64 map. Not very exciting especially for team players, but these are some of the best 1v1 players in CoH apparently. Oddly enough, many of the high ranked 1v1 and 2v2 players don’t perform well in 3v3 and 4v4 games. Team play is a huge concept in this game. And your score in the stats screen doesn’t reflect your effectiveness accurately all the time in my opinion. It’s a good marker for efficiency tho.

Well I haven’t really had any thoughts  on what I could post in awhile.  Been busy at work, making a shiny new website.  Thanks to Jza for holding up the fort!  Bdan is a lazy bastard btw…

I got the new metroid trilogy game today, but haven’t had a chance to play it yet (I’m writing a speech I’m giving tomorrow!).  I also got the new Batman game, this is supposed to be the first comic video game that is actually really good.  Ha, and I haven’t quit PC games… just nothing really great has come out in awhile.  I’ve been meaning to get back into CoH once summer is over.

Windows 7 is coming out in 2 months… I’ve been playing around with it on my 4 year old laptop.  I’ll say it still can be annoying… it’s really just a nicer version of Vista.  The only thing is Windows Explorer just becomes more useless with each release… I really wish they stuck with the one they had for XP since it actually worked once you played with the settings a bit.

I might switch to a macbook pro for my next laptop (overpriced hardware, but its light, slim, and powerful).  Speaking of which, I got Mac OS X Leopard running as a virtual machine on my dual core setup.  I want to make an iPhone game… I was thinking of doing a space shooter since all I have to do is draw a bunch of spheres!

I really need a better PC to play this game on. It looks amazing.
