Haha yeah. It's capitalism gone out of control. It's also the stock mentality that if a company isn't increasing its profits then their stock is worth alot less. Crazy shit.

Though TWC makes comcast look good, i mean at least comcast has a 200GB limit vs a 5 GB limit. They are trying to control the internet so they can keep control of the content (videos, music, games) to keep their profits high. Doesn't this sound just like what the RIAA did to keep CDs alive? Now a bunch of retail record stores are going out of business...

Also in the case of net neutrality, which your post refers to, it's just another way to create a gap between poor/m-class/rich in my opinion. They already have tiered bandwidth service levels which would take care of the amount of data someone can transfer, but I guess changing the rules when you need to just makes it easier to sap your customers of every extra penny.

If a guy buys a 5mb/2mb tier service that's advertised as "unlimited", than that's what it is.

I hate companies. Every quarters objective is a bottom line higher profit. Nothing outside of that matters. Economy suffering and no one has money? Who cares, get higher profit report next quarter even if you have to fire 1000 employees.
